Design a New Senior Living Website to Improve User Experience
Kimball Farms Life Care, an affiliate of Integritus Healthcare, sought a new website for their senior living and retirement services. Our team of professionals created a strategy that improved visual design and written content to boost search engine ranking and increase leads.
Kimball Farms offers independent living, traditional assisted living, assisted living with life enriching memory care, and skilled nursing for seniors in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
THE STRATEGY
A Unique Look as Part of a Larger Umbrella
One of the more challenging aspects of the project was carving out a unique visual look and feel for Kimball Farms, while simultaneously aligning with the parent brand of Integritus Healthcare.
Collecting improved imagery that reflects the lifestyle and culture of Kimball Farms—the rolling hills of the Berkshires, a beautiful tree-lined drive, their 63-acre campus—gave us the opportunity to showcase what life at Kimball Farms is really like. Visitors to the site immediately understand the kind of lifestyle they’ll be able to have when they move in.
Easy to Understand Content
Reorganizing and refreshing the written copy across the site allowed us to elevate the most integral services, in a natural tone that makes it easy for visitors to follow. We achieved this by following the approved brand voice while infusing best practices for writing for the web.
